1. Remove the plastic cover and apply to clean, dry skin. Do not use any creams or lotions prior to use.
2. Leave on during the day or overnight for a minimum of 3 hours. (Do not leave on for more than 8 hours)
3. Grab the 2 thumb pads on top and remove pad slowly in a downwards motion.
4. Wash pad gently with mild oil-free soap and allow to air dry.
5. Place the pad back on the plastic cover.
*Avoid using on irritated, scratched, or damaged skin.
*After 15-30 uses, the pad will start to lose its stickiness. Dispose of the pad and replace with a new one!
